The AllegianceMD EMR product line comes with a fully integrated smart scheduler. The scheduler allows for a user to either schedule existing patients or create a new patient account while at the same time scheduling the new patient. Because of this new patient integration, important demographic information can either be entered as the patients account is being created and scheduled or later on after the patient has been scheduled.

Advance A.I ensures that the patient’s accounts remains up to date and are never accidentally duplicated. Automated appointment confirmation calls are integrated into the scheduler as well, enabling office personnel to focus on more important duties.
